Meet the new Old Spotted Dog Clubhouse bar manager

The OId Spotted Dog Ground Trust is pleased to introduce our new Bar Manager, Nick Goulding.

Nick (they/he) has been working in the drinks industry since finishing university, holding qualifications in cider making and brewing. Their previous role was at the bar/brewery, Gosnells of London.

Nick is a personal license holder with extensive event/bar experience, having worked for many years with Arsenal Football Supporters Club and at CAMRA beer festivals, including Pig’s Ear in Lower Clapton and the Epping Ongar Festival. Nick was also the East London cider officer for three years.

Nick has played and organised with Queerspace FC for years and also helped establish STAR FC, a trans-inclusive grassroots team in East London. They’re passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming environments – and are now looking to bring that energy to the OSD’s clubhouse.

Nick has already got started and you may see them around the OSD bar, planning for the summer and the upcoming season. Please do say hi and give them a friendly welcome to CCFC!
